About This Activity
Unlock the secrets of spices from across the globe. Dive into a different cuisine each day, learning how to use vibrant spices to create bold and unforgettable flavors. With hands-on cooking and exciting spice challenges, campers will become experts in transforming everyday dishes with the magic of spices! Important Notice: Please bring a reusable container to each class to take home any leftover culinary creations. Due to the small class size, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions. Students will work in pairs, sharing workstations and equipment. Long hair should be neatly tied back.
