This class is an introduction to theater and public speaking that will include learning stage directions and public speaking techniques, participating in improvisational games, and doing theater exercises and activities to develop confidence on stage and speaking in public. And of course, Improv games and fun! Each week there is a featured activity with a guest teacher that will include things such as working with costumes, props, stage make-up, and musical theater choreography. The Spring Session students will be participating in the show that will be performed on the Kelsey Stage. Saturday morning classes will be split between the regular activities and rehearsing for the play. There will be an additional weeknight rehearsal each week from 6 pm to 7:30 pm.
