This program is for teen and tween girls from the ages of 12 through 18. This program is to help young girls with body positivity, conflict, resolution, and to build self-esteem. This program is hosted under the umbrella of Mylah's Mission. The curriculum and activities are licensed from Self-esteem Rising, whose expertise in self-esteem education aligns beautifully with our mission to support young girls. Led by volunteer Instructor, Marla O'Hara.
