This class is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of tumbling while building strength, balance, and flexibility. Students will learn basic skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges, along with proper stretching techniques to improve range of motion and prevent injury. Whether you're new to tumbling or looking to enhance body control and coordination, this class provides a supportive environment to develop confidence and physical ability. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to move! Focus Areas: Tumbling basics- rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges Flexibility training- dynamic and static stretching, Core strength and balance, Safe technique and body awareness.
