Volleyball skills and drills for girls interested in volleyball. this is a learn to play model, all skill levels are welcome, no prior experience necessary. Players will be introduced to skills including setting, spiking, serving, passing, blocking, game play rules and positions. The instructor will introduce and refine these skills through drills and practices matches.
knee pads are recommended but not required. Instructed by Coach Vicci
