About This Activity
Description
Class alternates high intensity and low intensity moves with longer intense cardiovascular periods with a shorter recovery time. A mix of equipment may be used during intervals to build muscle and maximize caloric burn.Class Fees: PCC Members with VIP: FreePCC Facility Members: $8.00Non-Members: $10.00
