Description
Pine Power Youth Fitness is a fun and engaging 10-week fitness course designed for children ages 8-13. Held every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM from June 9 to August 15, it will help kids improve their overall fitness, strength, agility, endurance, and coordination. Participants will also learn about the importance of regular exercise and how it supports a healthy lifestyle, all while having fun!
Participants will meet at the community center’s front desk and walk to the turf fields with the instructor, Cameron. Participants should wear sneakers and bring a water bottle and sunscreen.
