Jump Start Sports โ 3โ5 Year Old Multi-Sport Program Overview Our 3โ5 year old Multi-Sport program introduces children to soccer, lacrosse, and T-ball in a fun, structured, and age-based group environment. The focus is on confidence, coordination, teamwork, and basic sport fundamentals through movement, repetition, and play โ not competition or specialization. ๐ฅ Coaching & Group Structure Low player-to-coach ratios to ensure quality instruction and engagement Group-based instruction that encourages independence, confidence, and teamwork This is not 1-on-1 private training This is not an advanced or competitive sports program All instruction follows an age-based curriculum, adjusted naturally within each group โฝ๐ฅโพ 6-Week Sports Rotation (2 Weeks Each) Weeks 1โ2 โ Soccer: Dribbling, kicking, stopping the ball, and movement-based games โฝ Weeks 3โ4 โ Lacrosse: Scooping, cradling, hand-eye coordination, and soft-ball tossing ๐ฅ Weeks 5โ6 โ T-Ball: Throwing, catching, base running, and hitting off the tee โพ ๐ฏ Session Structure Skill-based instruction Fun sport-specific games and challenges Short, guided gameplay to apply skills โฑ๏ธ Turn-Taking & Waiting Expectations Some drills require taking turns Short wait times of 2โ5 minutes may occur Waiting helps build patience and listening skills ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ง Parent Involvement Parents are encouraged to support from the sidelines ๐ Coaches encourage children to try first and problem-solve independently Please do not interrupt coaches during drills unless asking a question ๐ Program Gear & Rewards Each child receives a Jump Start Sports shirt ๐ All participants receive a medal at the end of the program ๐
