These new preparatory camps replace our previous Summer Sport Camps, with an updated format and renewed focus on performance-based training for ski racers. This camp series will be open to everyone who is a member of the club. We’re excited to offer a series of dynamic, 4-day summer preparatory fitness camps tailored for 10–13-year-olds, starting July 8 and running every other week (Tuesday to Friday). Each camp focuses on foundational athletic development—key to becoming a stronger, faster, and more resilient ski racer. Staying fit during the off-snow months is critical to long-term success in ski racing. These camps are designed to build core strength, agility, coordination, and endurance—everything young athletes need to perform at their best when the snow returns. This event will run at various locations around Whistler BC, and will be open to everyone in our U12 and U14 programs only. Each camp will run in a 4-Day block and will rotate out with the MTB camps every week.
