Prospects Off – Season Development Program Spring Development: • 3 tournaments • 8 Practices • 8 ETS Workout Sessions • Full Team Kit (Jersey, Socks, T-Shirt, Shorts and Hat) Summer Program: • 4 Week Program (July 6th – 31st) • 3 On – Ice Sessions Per week. This will include a 4-week development plan. (12 ice sessions during the day-time) • 3 workout sessions per week with ETS. • Individual Development Planning • Video Review
