About This Activity

The Okanagan Prospects Spring Development Program is designed to maximize your off-season development. 10-week Program Includes: 10 on - ice sessions 10 ETS Workouts Jersey, T-Shirt, Shorts and Hat. Small Group Position Specific Training Ratio would be 6 players assigned to 1 coach on the ice. 12 skaters, 2 coaches on ice each week. Staff: Jonathan Hill and Nick Kucera Jonathan Hill is a former NCAA Division I Defenseman. He spent 4 seasons at Niagara University. He has been an assistant coach with Okanagan Hockey Ontario for the past four seasons. Before joining Niagara University, the Whitby, Ontario native spent two seasons with the Brockville Braves in the CCHL. Nicholas Kucera brings strong leadership, organization, and team-first values to his role as Assistant Coach with Okanagan Hockey Ontario’s U18 Prep team. With over a decade of professional experience leading diverse crews, coordinating schedules, and driving team performance, Nicholas has developed a reputation for communication, accountability, and attention to detail—qualities that translate directly into his work behind the bench. Alongside his professional career, Nicholas has dedicated himself to coaching hockey, serving as Head Coach of the Clarington Jr. Eagles since 2019. In this role, he has focused on player development, fostering a positive team culture, and helping young athletes build confidence both on and off the ice. His ability to guide players, resolve challenges, and emphasize fundamentals reflects his commitment to teaching the game the right way.
