About This Activity
This week is all about discovering the power of genuine connections—both with ourselves and those around us. Through creative expression and shared experiences, we’ll explore what it means to communicate authentically, build trust, and express our true selves. Using art as a tool for self-reflection and connection, we’ll create a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Join us as we strengthen relationships, embrace vulnerability, and celebrate the beauty of being ourselves. Authentic Connections Week 5 runs from August 5 to August 8. Full days are from 9 - 4 PM and half days are from 1 - 4 PM. Please note we will be closed on Monday, August 4th for Civic Holiday so this will be a short week! To teen artists aged 13-17, Art With A Heart is hosting our Teen Artists Unite program from July 7th to August 22nd, 2025. Join us to create new projects based on a theme, all while learning about mindfulness and emotional growth.
