About This Activity
This week is all about tuning in to your inner voice and discovering what guides you. Through creative exploration and self-reflection, we’ll use art to navigate emotions, values, and personal strengths. Each activity will help us trust our instincts, build confidence, and express our unique perspectives. By looking within, we’ll uncover the tools we need to move forward with clarity and purpose. Join us on this journey of self-discovery as we create, reflect, and follow our own path. Inner Compass Week 6 runs from August 11 to August 15. Full days are from 9 - 4 PM and half days are from 1 - 4 PM To Teen Artists aged 13-17, Art With A Heart is hosting our Teen Artists Unite program from July 7th to August 22nd, 2025. Join us to create new projects based on a theme, all while learning about mindfulness and emotional growth.
