About This Activity
Express Kids is an after-school expressive arts program designed for children aged 5-12 to explore their creativity and emotions through visual arts. Focusing on activities like painting, drawing, and sculpting, the program encourages kids to express their thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive environment. Led by experienced instructors, Express Kids helps children develop important social and emotional skills while fostering a sense of belonging and confidence. Each session offers a unique opportunity for artistic exploration and personal growth, making it a meaningful and enjoyable experience for all participants. Express Kids runs for 7 sessions on Monday from 5-6:30pm. Session Dates: 1. Monday, Nov 2 2. Monday, Nov 9 3. Monday, Nov 16 4. Monday, Nov 23 5. Monday, Nov 30 6. Monday, Dec 7 7. Monday, Dec 14 Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday sessions include the same activities. If you need flexibility to attend on different days, please let us know when registering by emailing emilyk@artwithaheart.ca, and we can accommodate day changes. Please note that if there are not enough registrations, we may need to consolidate groups.
