About This Activity
Express Kids is an after-school expressive arts program designed for children aged 5-12 to explore their creativity and emotions through visual arts. Focusing on activities like painting, drawing, and sculpting, the program encourages kids to express their thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive environment. Led by experienced instructors, Express Kids helps children develop important social and emotional skills while fostering a sense of belonging and confidence. Each session offers a unique opportunity for artistic exploration and personal growth, making it a meaningful and enjoyable experience for all participants. Express Kids runs for 7 sessions on Monday from 5-6:30pm. Session Dates: 1. Wednesday, September 16 2. Wednesday, September 23 3. Wednesday, September 30 4. Wednesday, October 7 5. Wednesday, October 14 6. Wednesday, October 21 7. Wednesday, October 28 Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday sessions include the same activities. If you need flexibility to attend on different days, please let us know when registering by emailing emilyk@artwithaheart.ca, and we can accommodate day changes. Please note that if there are not enough registrations, we may need to consolidate groups.
