About This Activity
Welcome to the world of game development with Scratch, a visual programming language. This course is designed to introduce students to programming concepts through the creation of interactive games. In addition to learning programming basics such as sequencing, loops, events, conditionals, variables, functions, students will learn how to design, program, and customize their games while developing essential computational thinking skills in a creative and engaging environment. **Students who also registered for the Minecraft & Coding course from 9AM to noon, at White Plains Rec Ctr, will be supervised during lunch (noon to 1PM). Please bring lunch.
