About This Activity
Description
Donovan and Jessica are Master Instructors (4th Dan Black Belts) with the World Taekwondo Organization out of South Korea. They have taught the Parks & Rec program since 2005.
Taekwondo is the most popular martial art around the world. Students from all backgrounds practice for exercise, hobby, sports, discipline and self-defense. This is a low impact or soft training program.
