About This Activity
Description
This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
Esters 50 minute Hatha/Vinyasa yoga class is multi leveled, to benefit & fit everyone’s needs. In her classes, she simplifies the more advanced poses for those who are new to yoga, & levels up to challenge those that have been practicing for a while, & which to take their practice even deeper!Ester focuses on proper alignment, ways to modify when needed, the proper use of props, breathing technics, & how to move with the breath.
