About This Activity
Rock Band is a chance for students who love music to get together and play some great songs. We do songs at all levels of difficulty for all experience levels. Rock Band is a great motivator for beginning students to practice and learn a new instrument. We can typically get a complete beginner involved in a song the very 1st session. If your student is more experienced we also do more complicated songs. If your student already plays an instrument this is an opportunity to learn how to play something else. The class is performance based but they do learn some basic musical terminology. We perform any songs the students want to play within their ability level. If you are interested, you may come to a class or two to see if you like it at no charge. We have a concert in December for fall students and one in May for spring students.
