Coach Heath is excited to continue the Youth Training Program into the fall and spring this school year! This program is designed just for athletes entering 3rd-5th grades and is a great way to build strength, confidence, and safe movement skills. What to Expect: *Fun and safe workouts using the "Block Zero" training system--perfect for kids new to speed, agility, and strenth training. *A focus on correct form and injury prevention. *Bodyweight exercises with gradual progressions as kids get stronger. *A supportive and positive environment! Led by Expert: *Coach Heath: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) By the end of each session, your child will be moving better, feeling stronger, and gaining skills they can use in any sport--or to just stay active and healthy.
