About This Activity
Students will enjoy making art with a variety of materials including air dry clay, oil based clay, mosaic, fiber arts, woodworking, assemblage, using wood burning tools, embroidery, paper mache, junk art, whittling, and collage. Some projects will be holiday or seasonally themed while others are inspired by the Animal Kingdom and natural world. *Students will be escorted to Kid’s Club by WCS staff and picked up upon arrival by Monart instructor. *NOTE: Art Park classes are grouped into three sessions, each with separate fees. #107S (Session 3- Mar 4, 11, 25; Apr 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; May 6, 13, 20; 11 weeks) $275 SESSION THREE: YARD ART Make a mini garden scene with clay gnomes, mushrooms and fairies, create unique presents for Mother's Day, use a scroll saw to cut out an animal shape to mosaic, assemble junk art flowers and make a welcome sign for your front porch.
