About This Activity
Students will enjoy making art with a variety of materials including air dry clay, oil based clay, mosaic, fiber arts, woodworking, assemblage, using wood burning tools, embroidery, paper mache, junk art, whittling and collage. Students will also enjoy participating in drawing and painting projects using the patented Monart Drawing Method. Some projects will be holiday or seasonally themed while others are inspired by the Animal Kingdom and natural world. *Students will be escorted to Kid’s Club by WCS staff and picked up upon arrival by Monart instructor. *NOTE: Art Park classes are grouped into three sessions, each with separate fees. #101S (Winter Session- Mar. 3, 10, 24, 31; Apr. 7, 14, 21, 28; May 5, 12; 10 weeks) $280 SPRING SESSION: CLAY THEME Students will enjoy several different types of clay including oil based modeling clay, air dry clay, Model Magic, homemade dough and Sculpey. Make a clay piece of pizza, aliens and monsters, a marbleized snail and snake, 3D cactus in a pot, a keychain with beads and more!
