About This Activity
Students will enjoy making art with a variety of materials including air dry clay, oil based clay, mosaic, fiber arts, woodworking, assemblage, using wood burning tools, embroidery, paper mache, junk art, whittling, and collage. Some projects will be holiday or seasonally themed while others are inspired by the Animal Kingdom and natural world. *Students will be escorted to Kid’s Club by WCS staff and picked up upon arrival by Monart instructor. *NOTE: Art Park classes are grouped into three sessions, each with separate fees. #107W (Session 2- Dec 3, 10, 17; Jan 7, 14, 21, 28; Feb 4, 11, 18, 25; 11 weeks) $275 SESSION TWO: MOSAIC AND WHITTLING Projects include a glass mosaic holiday decoration, unique ornaments, a penguin Sculpey habitat, a bear collage, whittling a soap boat then graduating to wood, and more!
