About This Activity
Students will enjoy making art with a variety of materials including air dry clay, oil based clay, mosaic, fiber arts, woodworking, assemblage, using wood burning tools, embroidery, paper mache, junk art, whittling and collage. Students will also enjoy participating in drawing and painting projects using the patented Monart Drawing Method. Some projects will be holiday or seasonally themed while others are inspired by the Animal Kingdom and natural world. *Students will be escorted to Kid’s Club by WCS staff and picked up upon arrival by Monart instructor. *NOTE: Art Park classes are grouped into three sessions, each with separate fees. #101W (Winter Session- Dec. 2, 9, 16; Jan. 6, 13, 20, 27; Feb. 3, 10, 17, 24; 11 weeks) $310 WINTER SESSION: SCULPTURE Projects include a glass mosaic winter scene, a plaster tree craft, mosaic Sculpey ornaments, a wooden hedgehog, cardboard creations, an acrylic painting on canvas and more!
