About This Activity
In this fun and engaging camp, students will explore the fundamentals of dance, starting with the four basic ballet positions and understanding their significance. They’ll focus on proper body positioning and practice key dance techniques such as kicks, leaps, and turns, tailored to their individual skill levels. In the second week, students will continue perfecting their technique while learning a short dance routine. 3rd - 5th grade Mondays - Thursdays, June 2 - 12 8:30 - 10 a.m. K-8 Gym, 1870 Founders Circle Requirements: Students will need jazz shoes or socks.
