About This Activity
Let's burn off some of that energy after school! Running is a great activity for your mind and body, and something to enjoy for many years. We will learn the importance of warming up, cooling down, and find the joy in running. You definitely don’t have to be an experienced runner. It’s all about being a better YOU!
