Description
Just like our bodies need nutrients to grow and survive, so do plants. One of the best ways plants get those nutrients is from compost! What exactly is compost? We’ll read Compost! By Linda Glaser, go through the park’s process of composting, test our scissor skills and go home with a small jar of compost for the garden! We will meet at the Harvest Hub. For ages 2-5 with an accompanying adult.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be registered in advance through our online system due to program capacity limits. The adult does not register.
