About This Activity
Description
During the summer spring and fall, our gardens rely on insects to produce crops and beautiful flowers. What happens to the insects during the winter when the weather gets cold? We will go on a winter nature hunt to find any insects we have still living in our gardens, read Not a Buzz to be Found by Linda Glaser, and create a bug journal to take home. We will meet at the Harvest Hub. For ages 2-5 with an accompanying adult.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be registered in advance through our online system due to program capacity limits. The adult does not register.
