About This Activity

Our Junior All-Stars program introduces children 5-11yr to the fundamentals of soccer, lacrosse, and tennis in a fun, engaging, and non-competitive environment. Over six weeks, kids will develop essential skills, improve coordination, and build confidence while learning teamwork and sportsmanship. Soccer Dribbling: Enhance ball control and maneuverability with both feet. Passing: Learn accurate passing for improved teamwork. Shooting: Practice proper technique to boost scoring ability. Defense: Develop positioning and tackling skills. Ball Control: Master trapping, receiving, and ball-handling in various situations. Lacrosse Stick Handling: Learn to cradle, pass, and catch with control. Shooting & Scoring: Develop proper shooting techniques and accuracy. Defense: Understand positioning and how to block or intercept passes. Ground Balls: Practice scooping and securing loose balls quickly. Tennis Hand-Eye Coordination: Build control through fun drills and games. Forehand & Backhand: Learn proper swing techniques for consistent shots. Serving: Introduce basic serves and aiming strategies. Footwork & Agility: Improve movement and positioning on the court. This program is designed to introduce multiple sports, helping young athletes discover new interests while developing essential motor skills in an encouraging setting.
