At the WLM Homework Club program, we engage youth as leaders and nurture special interests through a variety of activities , including academic support. We provide a safe place to learn foundational skills and develop healthy, trusting relationships. The Homework Club program improves social skills and lifework development of our community youth. That makes for confident kids today and contributing engaged adults tomorrow. CURRICULUM AREAS OF FOCUS: Arts and Humanities STEM Civic Engagement Service Learning Health and Fitness Homework Support Literacy Character Development Conflict Resolution Kids are given activity choices where they make friends, learn, play, and thrive.
Registration for Youth Classes is a commitment to attend each class. The class meets at least once per week for a month-long session. Failure to attend multiple classes may result in a removal from the program. Please understand space is limited per class. Youth not attending will have their spot forfeited for those on the waitlist.
