Discussion Prompt: “How does fall make you feel?” Introduce emotions: cozy, excited, nervous, calm, etc. Art Project: “Feelings Leaves” Collage: Kids draw or paint their face on a leaf template and decorate with textures/colors that match how fall makes them feel (e.g., fuzzy fabric for cozy, jagged for excited). Mindfulness Moment: Breathing with leaves (pretend to breathe in the scent of a crunchy fall leaf). Ages 4-8.
