Full Moons are a powerful time for letting go and getting back to yourself - grounded, relaxed and at ease. A Full moon yoga flow can help you release using movement to unblock energy through the body. Join yoga instructor Maryann Quinn for a relaxing hour of nocturnal yoga that will help to restore peace and tranquility, practice is held indoors. Please bring a mat and/or towel, water & blocks if you use them. Ages 14+
