In these sessions we will explore some of the many ways to facilitate meditation. some of what may be covered include:- Mindfulness Meditation: exploring the senses
- Chakra Meditation: points of energy along the spine
- Zero Effect Meditation: count down
- Guided Imagery: visualization.
