About This Activity
Description
In this 60-minute yoga class, with instructor Amy Kendall, participants will stretch, breathe, and meditate. All yoga poses and stretches are modified for participants to practice while seated or standing with the assistance of a chair. This class will improve balance, flexibility, and can help calm the mind. This indoor class is appropriate for all fitness, age, and ability levels.
