This class is designed for students in Grades 3-5 who want to learn the fundamentals of cartooning and illustration through fun projects that stimulate their imagination. Students draw inspiration from cartoonists and illustrators from around the world as they develop their own cartooning style. • Compelling projects explore character design, comic-book creation and help students develop dynamic storylines• Teacher-led demos teach students how to use illustration markers, brush pens/fine liners, and watercolors• Students create artwork that showcases original characters in their own cartooning style.Intended for Ages 8-12
