About This Activity
Description
Pilates Sculpt & Stretch begins with standing warm-up balance work followed by 35 minutes on the floor for continued focus on core and back sculpting. Improve overall strength in the whole body with a slower flow, incorporating all body parts, finishing with restorative stretching. Relaxing, encouraging atmosphere suitable for all fitness levels! Bring a yoga mat and water.
