EmpowHer, part of Hi-Lite’s ETA program, is a powerful on-campus girls group designed to build self-worth, emotional intelligence, and leadership from the inside out. Through meaningful conversation, mentorship, and real-world tools, girls learn to navigate growing up with courage, compassion, and confidence. Empower her now—so she can lead with strength later. This is part 1 of a 4-part, year-long program.
