Our program focuses on the 5 components of fitness: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, and Body Composition. Through exciting training stations, kids will run, jump, balance, and compete in fun challenges that improve speed, agility, strength, balance and coordination—all while boosting their confidence!
