INSTRUCTOR: Seth Heller LOCATION: LOWER SCHOOL DANCE ROOM PICK UP IS IN THE CLASSROOM 6 WEEKS Lil Ninja Martial Arts & Character Development - This program focuses on building a foundation physically, mentally, and emotionally for your child. They’ll practice gross-motor skills, build coordination, and start to learn some basic martial arts techniques. What really makes this program special, though, is the mental and emotional growth you’ll see. Students learn how to interact and work with others, focus their mind to follow directions and engage with the task at hand, and build problem-solving and critical-thinking skills that will serve them for life. Meanwhile, they feel like they’re just playing games and having fun!
