INSTRUCTOR: Claudia Lezama LOCATION: LOWER SCHOOL ART ROOM PICK UP IS IN THE CLASSROOM 6 WEEKS Cuentos, leyendas y tradiciones (Stories, Legends & Traditions) Discover Spanish through stories, music, and art. A playful, story-based beginner Spanish class designed for kids who encounter Spanish primarily at school. Children travel across Latin America through age-appropriate tales, celebrations, music, and art. With lots of visuals, gestures, and a few friendly target words each class session, they build starter skills—listening, speaking, and simple Q&A. Through games, role-play, crafts, and map exploration, students develop early communicative Spanish skills and warm cultural curiosity in a welcoming setting.
