About This Activity
Art and science go hand-in-hand in this hands-on experimental class series. Students will explore how chemistry, physics, and the natural world influence art by creating pigments from plants, experimenting with bubbles and chemical reactions, exploring textures found in nature, and building their own kaleidoscopes. Each project encourages curiosity, observation, and creative problem solving as students discover how scientific processes can lead to surprising and beautiful works of art.
