About This Activity
Wingate University Prospect Day is open to female athletes from 9th-12th grade who are interested in learning about our fast-growing sport! Prospect Day will run from 10:00 am-3:00 pm. Registration will begin at 9:30 am and lunch will be included. Coaches and student-athletes will provide exceptional instruction to prospective students focused on their safety and progression according to their skill level. We will go over the fundamentals of acro, pyramids, toss, and tumbling to allow a better understanding of the growing sport. By the end of the day, prospects will gain more knowledge about Wingate Acrobatics and Tumbling.
