About This Activity
The Age- and Dementia-Friendly Winnemucca and Humboldt County Sprint Triathlon is a fully customizable and family friendly event. Perform all three portions of the triathlon solo or add team members to form a relay.
The 1/3-mile swim will be completed at Bode Howard Memorial Pool. The bike route is a 12-mile double loop format, and the run is 3.75 miles. All distances can be adjusted based on age and ability.
All proceeds will be used for Alzheimer's Awareness Respite and Education.
Event details and schedule
Registration and packet pick-up will be 6:30-7:00am.
Swimming begins at 7:00am with the most serious competitors first.
All participants are responsible for bringing their own gear.
