Students learn how to set the table for a three-course meal and use the appropriate cutlery. We’ll focus on appropriate dress and behavior for different occasions and cover posture, poise, greetings, introductions, voice levels, and when to leave a party with appreciation and farewells. And of course, we will touch on following up with a thank you note! Appropriate use of cell phones is also discussed. No food is used during this program. Business casual dress is required; no jeans or tennis shoes.
