Our introductory fitness meets fun program, the Lil' Lifters concept is all about energy, motivatation, affirmation, and building a strong core to improve self confidence and a desire to be active. Parents will participate in fun and interactive games that promote team work, strength, gross motor skills, and fine motor skill work.
