Keep your athletic edge sharp and build a stronger foundation for the summer and upcoming fall season! Register for each weekly session with 90-minute training blocks, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, where we will focus on developing your strength, enhancing your movement quality, building endurance, improving flexibility and mobility, and training for speed and power. These sessions are designed for general athletic improvement, not specific to any one sport, and will be held in the Weight Room. This is for Early Afternoon Session 3, which is Monday through Friday, July 21 - 25. The cost to attend this weekly session is $185. Each week requires a separate registration. Registration will close on July 20th.
