Don't let the end of the school year slow you down! Keep your athletic edge sharp and build a stronger foundation for the summer. We're inviting current 6th - 9th graders to participate in our specialized strength and speed training sessions. Whether you're looking to maintain your fitness, stay ahead of the competition, or simply push your limits, this program is for you Join us for ten 90-minute training sessions, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, where we will focus on developing your strength, enhancing your movement quality, building endurance, improving flexibility and mobility, and training for speed and power. These sessions are designed for general athletic improvement, not specific to any one sport, and will be held in the Weight Room. Sessions are Monday through Friday. The cost to attend all 10 sessions is $250, and students will also receive a Summit Strength & Conditioning shirt! Registration will close on May 1st.
