Football is just over a month away, and now is a great time to get some strength training in before the season starts! Register for each weekly session with 60-minute training blocks, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, where we will focus on developing your strength, enhancing your movement quality, and training for speed and power. These sessions are designed for football, and will be held in the Weight Room. This is for Session 2, which is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: July 28, 30, and Aug 1. The cost to attend this weekly session is $120. Each week requires a separate registration. Registration will close on July 6th.
