About This Activity
JrK Piano Pals JrK, Tuesdays, 1:30 - 2:15 p.m. (45 minutes) $225 Regular $200 Reduced for students regularly enrolled in Summit Afterschool during this class March 11, 18, April 1, 8, 15, 22, May 6, 13 No classes on Mar 25 and April 29 -Led by Margaret Wages, Summit Early Childhood Music and Lower School Drama Teacher. -Explore musical concepts, develop music vocabulary, and learn beginning piano skills using small keyboards. -Learn to navigate the "ups and downs" of the piano keyboard through simple songs and rhythm activities. -No piano is required. All materials provided. -Open to students who are new to Piano Pals. Previous Piano Pals students should not sign up. -The curriculum for Piano Pals Tuesdays and Thursdays is the same. Registration is limited to only one of the two classes. -Informal sharing session for parents during the last class. More info to come.
