About This Activity
Tabletop Battles - Camp Leader- Hayes Wauford '98 - July 21-25 - 9 am - 2 pm - Rising 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, & 9th Graders - $350 (lunch included) - Explore military history by recreating battles from various centuries, ranging from ancient times to the Vietnam War - Learn how to create and play historical wargames using military miniatures, which includes modeling, painting, and terrain building - Gain skills in brainstorming, collaborating on, and executing projects while developing strategies to play competitively and in a sportsmanlike manner - No prior knowledge or experience is needed; all materials will be provided - Parents will be able to see demonstration wargames on the final day of the camp - This camp is offered twice this summer. Please only register for one week.
